Here are my qualifications, experience, and certifications.
Besides my TREC licensing training through ATI and InterNACHI, I have spent the last 20 years performing EPA and state air permit compliance testing. By education I am a chemist and a trained machinist. Through this background and training, I approach every inspection in an intentional and methodical manner and will spend the time necessary for a thorough inspection and presentation of the inspection findings.
I am a member of InterNACHI®, the world's largest organization of certified home and commercial property inspectors. I am an InterNACHI® Certified Professional Inspector CPI®. And I am an InterNACHI® Certified Home Inspector. Feel free to verify my certification below.
InterNACHI® is so certain of the integrity of our members that we back them up with our $25,000 Honor Guarantee. InterNACHI® will pay up to $25,000 (USD; maximum collective aggregate) for the cost of replacement of personal property lost (and not recovered, restituted or insured) during an inspection and stolen by an InterNACHI®-certified member who was convicted of or pleaded guilty (or no contest) to any criminal charge resulting from the member's taking of the client's personal property. Claimant agrees that the exclusive venue for any action against InterNACHI® arising out of this Honor Guarantee is the District Court in Boulder County, Colorado. InterNACHI's Honor Guarantee is valid throughout the U.S. and Canada.
Be Confident In Your Property Transaction
I hold two promises with my clients that are symbolized by the plumb and the square.
The plumb is a promise to represent the your interest with an upright character and integrity in my work.
The square is a promise to leave the client with an uncompromised inspection and a true understanding of the inspection report and their new house.
